The Vision

The client had three separate sites, a maze of Teachable sales pages, and multiple groups on Facebook. While her existing website was aesthetic, it lacked functional strategy, costing her conversions. Her vision was a single, high-performance website that consolidated all offerings without sacrificing her branding or disrupting her current, necessary backend automations.

The Strategy

To protect her brand’s essence and avoid jarring her current community, I developed a custom-coded site that prioritized both a premium aesthetic and fast responsiveness across all devices. We began by optimizing her existing email infrastructure, upgrading embedded forms for better conversion rates. Finally, we executed a phased migration, moving her entire business—from checkout pages and payments to her course hub and community—onto one robust, centralized CRM.
